Play one of like 50 skills on a 50c budget? 14 Ex would cover the last 10 characters I killed UE with in SC lol

Power creeps gone so far compared to base game difficulty at the moment its never been easier to clear endgame on a budget

Yeah personally on The Taming I'd prefer a resist catalyst rather than a damage catalyst (unless there's a rare "global damage" catalyst rather than elemental damage being separated out).

The Taming can become a 48% all resists unique ring with catalysts. That's some Diablo 2 shit right there (d2 gave out resists on uniques like candy, for those that are unaware; generally the opposite of the PoE unique design philosophy).

Right? People seem to forget that most league power creep also brings new and hard content with it. And that most of us will not see the really good items anyway.

I am curious, since delve what league added harder content that required better gear than you need for uber elder for example.

Not really, only raising monsters HP does nothing to power-creep, it just makes non-meta builds worse while making meta builds more attractive. Monster have 1M HP, a meta build does 2M damage while a non-meta does 500k, raising monster hp by 100% makes so the meta build still one shots the monsters, but the non-meta now needs double the time to kill it.
Not saying raising monster hp is not a tool to combat power creep, just saying that isolated it's worthless.

100% agreed. Like others said problem is the diference between meta full equiped builds and non meta/mid range equipped. It jumps from 100k-200k do MILIONS of dps. LOL seriously its kinda of ridiculous. They need to tone down the gap. 300k to 1 mil is ok and then balance the hp of the bosses. Balancing rn only will make it worse on diversity cause everyone will need to pick the bis meta of the momment to be able to see endgame

People need to stop using real life as an excuse for not getting to end game.
You can take just about any skill in the game and kill Shaper and UE and not invest more than 1 ex in gear. The only difference is time invested.
The leagues are 3 months long, if you haven't killed Shaper or UE in that amount of time... you should probably find a different game to bitch about.
