Twitch Drops
" Who are you to judge my opinion, sir? Especially if you didn't read the whole post? I'm perfectly fine with not 'winning' something at all. |

maybe you should read more or read correctly. There's no rage in my post, there's no stupidity in it too. I just shared my opinion. That's all. :-)

" "Thank you" that divides community? Where one players get something, others get even more and others get literally nothing? Is this really a "thank you"? You also trying to blame a community for this GGG failure, while it was company decision to introduce RNG with inequality and possibility to receive nothing at all. I already linked example of good "Thank you" from Warframe on the TennoCon this year. They didn't blamed community, they fixed the issue with drops, they re-investigated later issues and added missing drops, they made GUARANTEED EQUAL DROPS FOR EVERYONE in the first place. And no one there blamed players who reported missing drops - moreover developers THANKED those people for reports because that helped find and fix the cause. Here in PoE you call these people "cry babies", "choosing beggars" or other names because how dare they ask for proper resolution and equal treatment, right? " #FACTS #DECEIVED #BETRAYED #IGNORED #ExileCON GGG made an enemy out of us... they will regret it... My life is slipping away...

" GGG fucked up big time on this promo. Whiteknights can call all the names they like, it doesn't change the PR disaster this has become. |
|
" GGG don't seem to think so. They're doing their best to ignore it in the hope that this problem disappears. They aren't planning to address it at all... The most worrying thing which most of these white knights don't realise is that when nobody is accountable, standards drop. GGG are getting quite comfortable knowing that whenever they mess up they have their white knight defenders... that is until they turn on you and you will wish you stood up to them now. Make them realise their mistakes and learn from them before everything turns to shit. My life is slipping away...

" I'm sure the handful of butthurt people spamming all of these "Twitch Drop" threads will make GGG regret adding drops to their live casts. GGG made their Exilecon streams free, unlike other companies. They added Twitch Drops, unlike other companies. They increased the drop chances because of irregularities, unlike other companies. Yet, people throw them to the wolves because they (may have) handled the situation poorly. Have you considered that GGG feel that this is to less of a deal to make a big fuzz about? We're talking free drops in a free stream? If people are defining GGG's morals and principles based on the "fact" that free MTX in a free stream were handled poorly, I think you guys are the ones who need to change your priorities. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

" In the past they at least addressed issues like this, but times may have changed. It does appear they are trying to sweep it under the rug at this point. Last edited by ViolateTheDead#7880 on Nov 19, 2019, 1:04:59 PM

" If you have to do something to get something it isn't free dude! |
|
" Hello? What year are you from? 2010? Free streams and twitch drops for big gaming events are pretty much standard nowadays. Even Blizzard switched to free streams for BlizzCon, because no sane person aside from loyal fanboys would pay for that kind of content now and at the same time those streams bring free advertisement AND ad revenues. If you thank GGG for free stream ("free" as something extraordinary and unseen before)you might as well thank them for free air and sunlight - it will sound just as stupid.
