i guess now people are entitled for wanting to know if they were effected by the bug, or if the magical "backlog" they claim exist even has anything connected to their account? seriously this is the shittiest twitch promotion i have ever seen and ive NEVER had problems with twitch promotions on any other game except this one

So what I'm reading is you have no logical response to my post about it being an incredibly poor use of time and resources for a small company to try to look up over 100k+ accounts and see who has gotten what, who is still backlogged, who just got unlucky by a dice roll, and who were bugged? IT's like you don;t understand the basic principle that time=money, what you want them to do to ease your mind makes no fiscal sense. It would be a huge cost sink for something they till ultimately can do nothing about besides giving more free MTX's thus costing them more money.

One thing to point out it's that twitch rely on ad revenue. So, if their system noticed some of the users who watched the stream without ad views this could impact their outcome.

Theres already been ppl who had adblockers enabled get drops so thats debunked.
no adblocker here, watched 15 hours still nothing. feels great. i'm sure i'm not the only one who was just frustrated, but now seeing people who already got loot just keep getting more while people with nothing keep getting nothing is just pissing me off. this whole promotion was a giant disaster
Hello friends, sorry to be late but did the drop work for anyone who watched through the app?
I wasn't at home and watched everything on my cell phone, but I haven't received anything so far.

Again ignoring the main part of my post because you have no actual response to it. You feel so entitled to something that was never guaranteed to you that you expect a company to engage in a massive under taking that will cost them thousands of dollars in resources and man hours just to appease you. Hell if the issue with Twitch not even recognizing accounts are linked then how is GGG supposed to even verify that you were watching the stream?

also giving out free MTXs does cost them money let me explain how. This is simple. MTXs have a currency value, so them being given out for free is still losing a company money even if it doesn't cost them anything. I wanted the infernal armor set, if I had won the infernal armor set than I would have no need to go out an buy it later. However I did not so now at some point in the future I will buy that set. With 100k+ potential people that could find themselves in a similar scenario you are talking about the potential loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Yes? Why not? It's called loyalty to your player base and good community management.
Do you think Digital Extremes is the bigger company and they have a lot of resources to do this (in contrary, they are not owned by multi-billon Chinese business)? Yet they did exactly this - went over all data, checked everything and rewarded missing items.

and good on them for doing it, but it is not the standard and shouldn't be expected by anyone. I've never played Warframe, but from what I hear they are a great company. Do we know that GGG is not doing this? People are still currently receiving twitch drops are they not? This is the first day back in the office after what I'm sure was a busy weekend for them. This might absolutely be something they are working on, but it shouldn't be expected of them to do it. Also from my understanding the Warframe promotion was guarenteed while Exilecon's was marketed as a "chance"(a very slim one at that) So that is a major difference between the 2 that should be noted.

i don't know what part of the world you live in, but the "standard" for most first world companies is to provide good customer service, and to not lie to/manipulate your customers
