Twitch Drops

It seems it's working as intended. Chances to get a drop are 0.000000% every 5 minutes.


EDIT: Seriously, people really don't undertand chances.
1.5% chance every 5 minutes it's not 1.5 times X amount of time.
It is literaly just 1.5% after 5 min, then 5 min later you still only have 1.5%, 5 minutes after that the same 1.5% chance.
So you see, only a very few people will get something. I mean you could watch the stream for 70 years and still get nothing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i'll never watch again GGG streams. 6+ hours and 0 drops.

"Every five minutes of view time you'll have a 1.5% chance to receive one of the prizes which means it would take an average of 5.5 hours of view time to receive a Twitch Drop reward." That seems like a lie to me. Been here watching for 8 hours, nothing.

You guys need to chill. If it's a problem with Twitch then Twitch will still have your viewing hours and can just run the calculation to fix it. If it's an issue with PoE then Twitch will have the data to give it to them to fix it.

It's really stupid that some of you think GGG is trying to "scam" you. Why would they?? Even if they hadn't proved that they care about their customers, what would they have to gain when they will likely want just as many viewers tomorrow.

Go to bed. It will be fixed. Chris and the team didn't have time to answer to a bunch of kids whining while also hosting the event.

actually it's 18% for 1 hour. there is a 12x5 minutes in 1 hour and its 18% chance.

It seems most people are in that somehow though...

A few people have reported drops, but only a few. I've repeatedly seen entire groups of people saying none of them got a drop. That statistically should be extremely unlikely, to have a group of 4-6 friends who all have this form of bad luck.
