This game doesn't have the greatest of graphics and we are still playing this one... nobody is going to care how it looks if the rest of the game comes together.

The picture looks great. only the barb looks a bit too cartoonish for my taste, especially his weapon....

Considering that D4 isn't coming out until 2022 or so, it's disappointing. Should've targeted PS5/XB2 quality and blow everything out of the park. Screenshots look like it's a PS4 game.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

pray that tencentggg start hiring coders outside NZ. d3 graphics? clearly you never played d3 then. considering that blight was as if someone puked on your screen for giggles and called it a league mechanic. still I think d4 has to do alot of changes, considering that only 3 classes were up on this demo to test.. Just ask yourself, with those visuals it would have to compete with POE trading, item/material variety, crafting customization and all other variable end game content.
It has to do all of that to be just equal with those sort of visuals. If it was on purpose to get back to more "Gritty" visuals then yes that's fantastic but it looks like I can play it on my car radio. Add on top their absolute horrific lore continuation with Shadowlands, I just feel like they have lost their soul and it really is just about squeezing every $$$ out of everyone. I don't get this thread, are you guys watching D4 on 144p res? D4 looks very good already for an early alpha build, the engine reminds me of D3(Which isn't a bad thing, it was always superior to PoE's f2p engine).

Lol I actually thought it looked like Path of Exile myself :D
Definitely didn't have that mobile/consoley vibe that D3 has. It might grow into being a good game. I'm sure I'll try it, but I'll still probably gonna keep with PoE for the long haul |
