Master Changes in Path of Exile: Blight

What about people who felt they were missing out despite not taking time off, because rewards are so bad? Even in your trailers, there are no stacked Delve maps... You know, the missions people will actually do, because sulphite is so scarce since you still haven't removed it from the game? Or do you think sextants, or God forbid scarabs, the prohibitively expensive items we have to trade for since we never see them ourselves, are meant to fix this? You're certainly out of touch enough to actually think this.
(2-3-2019) Buff underused skills (3.23?!)+ selfcast, stop nerfing defense, build in threshold jewels (3.23?!), implement D3-style looting, add death log + MTX preview, actually rework flasks, stop balancing around the .01%, unnerf Harvest, ADD NEW WAYS TO LEVEL, finally implement Loot 2.0
Cautiously optimistic about this. Feels like it’s a good change but not sure how it impacts the feeling of earning and doing master missions.

How will POE2 and POE coexist?
I already have thought the random master chance in maps has been too low, even in long play sessions (zero Nikos in 30 maps is not unusual). Now you're making it lower, just because people can chain them after taking breaks? Truly, only something GGG would do.

For Master fanatics who were actively pursuing missions at every possible opportunity, you may see a very small reduction to the overall number of Master missions you encounter. For everyone else, it's very likely you'll see more.


Actually I prefer the current system in that case. Like some players I prefer to specialize in a single master and this change does not really help that.

This new system mostly benefits players wanting to spend their days doing awful niko rotations.

The orignal point of betrayal league and the entire master rework was to prevent us from having to trudge through daily master missions with randos.

If you decide you want to run a bunch of maps with Einhar in them, all you need to do is talk to him in your Hideout and select 'Mission'. This brings up the map device UI, and you can simply add and run whichever map you want, including the opportunity to select a Zana mod to use.

Now, important question time...do maps opened in this way open from the Master that's chosen, or do they default to the Map Device location?
How about fixing the garbage "find the crafting recipe" mechanic?
