Do you plan on balancing around being able to complete content without dying rather than around being able to complete content as fast as possible?

They are very different.

Notice how everyone complains that Legion rewards are utterly insane for HH users and dogshit for everyone else? Yeah, that is literally the result of this design decision.

Notice how the league is dominated by exactly two builds and everyone else is heavily punished for trying out other builds? Punished for doing what ARPGs are implicitly designed to allow you to do? Yeah, that too is literally the result of this design decision.

I hope you can finally recognize the distinction and the damage ignoring it does to your game.
