Uber Elder All portals gone after first death (no animation, no crash, maybe hideout bug)

So I was fighting the uber elder and it happened three times that all portals were just gone after rejoining my own hideout after the first death in the fight.
If it is relevant, before that all Portals were used up in an unsuccesful uber elder fight right beforehand.

There is no crash of the instance where you click a portal and you won't join the instance, the portals are just gone after you go back to your hideout. It feels like you are in a different hideout and the UE portals are in your old hideout instance.

Any message from support would be highly appreciated.

Just had the same thing happen, don't believe I actively did anything different between the two fights.

Same circumstances as OP both times it happened to me today: I had just used up all portals on an unsuccessful run, immediately after put four new fragments in and spawned uber, got to first adds phase (not sure if this is important, but both times I got to the tentacle monster/null portal adds phase and died during that), then upon returning to hideout - no portals!

Situation was the same: I had just ran (and failed) an uber elder using up all portals, and on the next one all disappeared on first death.

Same here. Fought uber elder for first time and didnt make it with first 6 portals. Opened a new uber elder, was halfway when killed and all other portals were gone.

Same issue.

Fought the Uber Elder fight. Failed.

Started up a fresh Shaper's Realm with four new fragments.

I died and when I returned to Hideout all portals were gone. No Error messages.

For GGG: it's possible there's something in common with https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2619426 although that one occurred on shaper and with a crash on first fight instead of a death on second run.

Same Exact thing happened to me just now as well. Total BS never had this happen before. How can this be a thing? any idea updates on a resolution and if we will get our sets back? These things arent cheap and i dont have time to play all day to just farm more.
