Where is my Shaper's Realm portals????

First time i cleared four t16 maps, get items for Shaper's realm portal.
And while I read Zana's dialogue i was disconnected with error. Okay, i think, i still have 5 portals. But when i loading and come to hideout - there are was NO any portal, WTF???
What i need to do now? Again clear four Shapers guardians, buing maps, wasting time? Check logs, screen after loading hideout -

In the other thread's case it is with Uber Elder (and all after a failed attempt), but considering in both cases it affects Shaper's realm, it might be connected
