This build is expensive and not a league starter.
The build fluctuates around 10-20% more or less than the cost of a clean Headhunter in League.
This build is a massive puzzle. If you're missing pieces your not going to see the full picture.

Every item has to be shaped!
Core Items:

The build revolves around these 3 items, this body armour combined with the insane DPS is what gives the build its synergy.

Having shaped Call of the Brotherhood rings is one of the most difficult items to obtain for this build. You have 3 options to pick from, you can buy the ring outright on your prefered trading site. You can buy the Trash to Treasure Prophecy and chance a shaped two-stone ring that has the cold and lightning resistance implicit, or you can gamble and chance/scour the ring until you get it.

I gambled on my rings. Unfortunately only one ring was successful and I bought the other outright. The ring that changed took around 700 chance/scours while the other consumed over 5000 and did not change. Keep this in mind and pick whatever method best suits you.

Weapons:

I recommend wands or scepters.
The most important mod to have is a tier 2 or higher Elemental Damage as Extra Chaos Damage mod.
Then on top of that you want Physical Damage as Extra Lightning Damage.
Once you have one or two of those mods you want to multi-craft the rest unless you already have higher tiers already on.
Crafts:
Increased Spell Damage with Non-Chaos Damage as extra Chaos Damage
Increased Cast Speed
Increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells or Critical Strike Multiplier

Other Armour:


Shaped Helmet, Gloves, Belt, and Boots are required. They need to have life, resistance, and preferably movement speed on the boots.

Amulet:

Your amulet needs to have Physical Damage as Extra Lightning Damage.
Ideally you also get Physical Damage as Extra Cold Damage and Critical Strike Multiplier.
Any resistances are also nice too.
Whatever mods you do end up with, it's very important it has an open Prefix so you can craft -8 or higher Total Mana Cost of Skills. Without this mod you will have mana issues.


Flasks

League Alternative for Bottled Faith:

Immunity to Bleeding During Flask Effect
Immunity to Freeze and Chill During Flask Effect

Other Alternatives:
Replace Cinderswallow with either a Life or Silver Flask that grants Curse Immunity

-Critical Strike Chance while affected by Hatred
-Cold Damage while affected by Hatred

-Any missing attributes or resistances
-Increased Maximum Life
-To Maximum Life
-Adds # to # Physical Damage to Spells
-Adds # to # Physical Damage to Spells while Dual Wielding
-Global Critical Strike Multiplier

You need to be careful when stacking cast speed on your jewels. If you get too much, then you won't be able to sustain mana. You can figure this out by multiplying your cast rate by your mana cost and make sure its just below or at your total mana regeneration rate.

Nice! Those 1-taps look pretty satisfying
I was trying to find a shaper helm with the 40% divine ire but its kinda hard atm, not found many; do you think its worth a shaper helm with 15% zealotry (and add that aura) or its better a non shaped helm with 40% divine ire?

To run Zealotry would mean having to sacrifice Wrath or Hatred, even with the reduced mana reserve helmet enchant. I do not recommend this due to the powerful buffs from watcher's eye with the mods I listed in the jewel section. Your better off just forgetting about any enchantment until your able to find one. On my build, I only lose about 1m damage with out it.

You could also experiment with other Divine ire enchantments if your able to find them such as
-Divine Ire Damages 2 additional nearby Enemies when gaining Stages
-Divine Ire's beam has 15% increased width

Hey, since atm I can't afford a lvl 4 enlighten, could I use shapers touch with +1 to socketed gems? ( I have a lvl 3 enlighten)

It would work, but not ideal.
I tried to copy a similar build but i cant do even the 10% of your damage, any advice please?

I looked into your build, currently you do 1.2 mil shaper damage.
Here's what you need to change:

-Get rid of Avatar of Fire on the skill tree
-Get rid of The Red Nightmare and replace with Unnatural Instinct or another rare jewel with mods listed in the jewel section of the guide
-Replace Jade Flask with a Diamond Flask
-Change Ascendancy Node from Patient Reaper to Harness the Void
-Change gems from Empower and Inc. Critical Strikes to Elemental Focus and Energy Leech

With these changes you should get about 25 mil shaper damage.
