[3.7] Happy's Low Life Cold DoT Occultist (Vortex+Cold Snap)
 Introduction: Greetings! I finally made it to the forums with my build. I've been playing DoT Occultist builds since Betrayal league. It's been buffed, nerfed but still remain a very viable and chill boss killer build. I'm usually making one in every single league just to farm bosses. Let's don't waste any more time and jump into the guide.  Gem Setup: Weapon: If you have the trigger weapon use: Frost Bomb+Orb of Storms+Storm Brand (You use Frost Bomb to negate the resistances) Shield: Flame Dash+Faster Casting Support+Portal Body Armor: Vortex+Controlled Destruction Support+Efficacy Support+Elemental Focus Support+Swift Affliction Support+Hypothermia Support Helm: Blasphemy Support+Frostbite+Enlighten Support+Vaal Discipline Gloves: Hypothermia Support+Bonechill Support+Efficacy Support+Vaal Cold Snap Boots: Enlighten Support+Blood Magic Support+Clarity+Malevolence Try to get level 20 Blood Magic support and level 3 Enlighten support atleast to use Malevolence. At what lvl should I start using Vortex my dude?

I start using it around level 31 once i can get Controlled Destruction Support, Efficacy Support, Elemental Focus Support. This 4 link carries you almost endgame. Once you get Spine of the First Claimant you can literally finish the main story.

Hello, do you use cold snap, or just vaal cold snap for clearing.

Hey! I do use it. Not just the vaal cold snap the normal one too. You cannot really spam vortex so its nice to have a secondary skill for clearing. Most people think its just for the vaal cold snap and to apply bonechill but no it help to clear aswell.
