Onslaught VS Arcane Surge as a balance issue

Arguably, 20% cast speed is more valuable than 20% attack speed, making onslaught more interesting on caster than melee.
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

Seriously though, Synth items are among the LEAST broken things floating around in the landfill that is Standard League.

Play a real league (or, better yet: SSF) if seeing OP items bothers you? You literally had to opt-in to playing Standard, against the explicit recommendation from GGG at character creation...

This isn't necessarily true since some people simply want to avoid beta testing the league content for various reasons or actually want to try the legacy stuff

Bug Fixes:
People were using cyclone for actual melee builds, so we nerfed it and made blade vortex. Also, we went ahead and made cyclone great for CoC casters while we were at it.

I mean, if that's what people want then they should play the game they want to play.

But complaining about the imbalance of legacy items in standard is just asinine. THERE'S A REASON THEY DON'T DROP ANYMORE 4head.

as others have said, complaining about legacy items is a moot point.
Further, there are several ways to get onslaught without the boots being used.

Casters normally lack movement speed and travel ability when compared to melee users, so i have no issues with onslaught affecting casters while arcane surge having little effect to melee chars.
