"I don't think it would work because the wording on it is very similar to unnerve and there's a GGG post that unnerve doesn't work on dot damage. So if it says enemies take increased spell damage, I don't think it works. Only chaos damage or damage over time. I completely didn't realize we got rid of the vanilla DoT multi and the veiled one is actually a prefix instead of a suffix which sucks
