Warframe is the same except you need to be in a clan to have a "hideout", have a limited number of trades per day depending on your level, and have to pay random trade "tax" depending on what you're receiving. Also you can't just "portal out" of a map and go back in when you need to do a trade. And the currency is literally RMT--the only way more is created is from people buying it with dollars.

Not to say the game itself is bad, mind you, but in terms of the trade experience and overall "economy" I vastly prefer how PoE works.

Dude, everyone here complains non-stop about the trade, probably you too IDK. But I went to buy a Hydroid Prime BP a little bit ago, instantly had 3 people whispering me. Got the guy in my dojo and there was no scam attempt. It turned into almost 5 minutes of trying to negotiate a better deal for each other.
Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.

I only played Warframe for about a month and I don't think I encountered a scam attempt while I played, and people generally were good about it, even though the system required more patience to use. The market overall was much shallower though, probably owing a lot to trade restrictions and I found that there was always a lot to be made on exploiting price spreads because of it--though it's questionable if it was worth doing things like this when you could just buy currency on a sale for a few bucks.

The other day in PoE I had some doof toss up 25c instead of 35c and hit accept on a trade, but I also had a fellow blessed Raider bro toss in random blessed orbs in the trade (for two Raiders to meet in this league is certainly a blessed event). I've had a guy try to pass off 5 blesseds as 5ex (lul), then another who was buying chromes off me to off-colour his helmet who eventually asked me to try colouring it for him since I had the 3 colour recipe and he didn't. He could've scammed himself if I was a worse person but in the end it turned into a really fun trade interaction. In fact, he actually dc'd right as I hit the colours he wanted so I had to re-invite him back to pick up his finished helm, lol.

Personally I largely just work within the systems as they are and don't like to make a fuss over what I consider small potatoes. In this case I mostly wanted to point out an example of a system similar to what PoE has that I would consider worse. Both are workable though and you can have good experiences as long as you approach them with a good mindset.
Yeah, last time I tried to trade my chaos for 3 exalts, it took me 79 attempts to finally find someone, who was willing to actually trade.

I'd like to know, which part of this trade system is ok.
