This is an example of how a noob trades in Path of Exile. Just randomly spamming a list of people that showed up through some trade fora. Of course you are not going to get anywhere with such a method.

Your argument is so stupid its beyond me. Its not a shop you go and buy whatever you want so your comparison is idiotic at best. NOBODY and i repeat NOBODY says that current trading is good, even GGG and engrave that in your mind. Half of player want it more limited with more emphasis on SSF aspect (GGG included) and the other half wants npc that sells shit (that what you want). As it is right now they cant pick any of those sides because that spawns a lot more problems. Lets make one thing clear, you will never have a system where you are 2 clicks away from any item you want given you have currency for it.

Here's a really easy way to get someone to trade you 2ex: Go on the trade channel and offer 3ex.
You might think I'm making fun... I'm not. You have to pay more than something is worth or people wont give you the time of day. You have to beat "market value". If the market is currently saying it's 150c=1ex, you offer 160 and someone with more time on their hands than you will buy it and resell it... netting them 10c. The item in the stash tab of the seller will be replaced by the 100 exalted (GGG needs to change stack size only for auction house but standard stack size remains by 10 ) And the buyer will get the item in the inventory or stash tab (if he got enough space available) Where is the problem? I see many ppl getting raged by non-responsing ppl so GGG must do something! Trading cost like 15 minutes and in bad situations more to find an seller for an specific item.
