Xbox one X freezing FIX, for me at least

Sometimes when I log into Poe, within 20 seconds, Poe will freeze and I'll have to restart it. It will freeze again and I'll restart.
This is what I do to fix it. As soon as you get back into the game, take off ALL of your skill gems(including any gems on your secondary weapon slots). Change zones. I always go to the Coast in Act 1. Put all your gems back on. That's it. I can play 4 to 6 days before PoE will freeze again. but eventually I'll log in, freeze. Log in again, freeze. Log in, remove all gems, change zones, put gems back on, play for days. Hope this helps. Cheers Last bumped on Dec 10, 2019, 9:06:08 AM

Thanks for your report. We've been investigating this and are working on solutions to resolve the issue. As you've mentioned, waiting in the initial load area for an extended period of time may prevent the freeze issue from occurring when you swap areas. | |

I tried removing just my gear with gems in them and still froze a few seconds later.

Just took out my gems and went to the coast. Game hung on the loading screen. Do you take off gear as well?

At this point I wish I could transfer everything I have purchased to my pc account. It feels really bad not being able to play what you paid $$$ supporting

This is such a joke. I'm never 'supporting the company' again. You sold out to China forever ago, and the issues keep getting worse on both clients. Design your game to be played forever... because it's frozen. GGGGG

Another day, another broken game. Just uninstalled for my sanity. How can you not design a client for a spec system... It's just corner cutting, no excuses.

Out of curiosity, are you using MTX skins on the gear you're taking off?
