Also why is your Pastebin missing jewels?
Arborix's options don't apply to PoB. It will be even more powerful in game play.
I don't need Lioneye's fall because I use legion jewel to get power charges.

On your latest PoB it doesn't say what exactly your legion jewel is. Can you share what jewel are you using XD?

15% chance to gain a Power Charge on Critical Strike
10% chance to gain a Frenzy Charge on Hit
gain an endurance charge every second if you've been hit recently
