just wanted to try your build with the Legion Jewel.. well this legion jewel system is fked up and makes me kinda wanna throw up.. i bought a Elegant Hubris with 153280 coins to commemorate chitus and it gives crap notables, i thought the number in close range should give the same stats and stuff, but no even if just like 200 coins difference at a value of 150k gives complelety other bullshit.. i even tried my other 15 hubris jewels and divined one 30 times.. no chance to get the frenzy/power charge generation.. who developed that pure random generated crap... any tips/help there? currency wouldnt be the problem if that matters..
