Auto crash at the docks

Same issue aswell. Tried updating my Graphics drivers, didn't do a thing.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 8148MB RAM
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

My computer is far above the specs for this game, so its definitely not a hardware issue, has to be an issue with the new cyclone patch (as previously stated). Anyways, just wanted to share my experiences, let you know you're not the only one :)

It crashes at the chamber of sin too, boring . . .

Uninstalled, and reinstalled the game and I just successfully loaded into the docks. Hopefully there is a better fix for this, but this just worked for me. Hope this helps.

I tried since 5pm, I'm waiting for the result in 4 or 5 hours . . . I'll tell you if it works for me.

Got the same problem!

Same problem. The client shuts down as soon as I try to enter the Docks.

It works perfectly, so guys unistall and reload/install your game it will work fine again !

You lose a few hours but this bug made me loose 2 days so . . . Hope it will work for you too !

Same problem here.

It crashes in Lab too.

So far it seems the common theme is ATI/AMD video cards.

same problem, probably has sth to do with the new patch
