Game keeps crashing, no error, just kicks me to desktop

before the patch 3.7.2, the game crashed 2 - 3 times in 6 hours.
now i had 5 random crashes (Map, Hideout, 2x Lab, Delve) within 15 minutes.

i´ve turned the graphics all the way down and reinstalled the game 2 times, nothing helps.
that´s no fun.

Still unplayable with lockstep mode, game keeps closing itself very often during Legion or fights involving monsters using abilities/auras; no problem at all with predictive mode, but it's really sad going back to random deaths due to being stuck in doors/pack of monsters according to server, but not for the client.

Before the last patch, I crashed 3 times but after the last patch the game is almost unplayable for me and my friend. My friends think it has to do with the fact that I run dominating blow and the minions have a shield charge animation or it could be all the auras I am running.

Random crashing and no evidences of it. Seems quite weird to me.

Playing SRS Necromancer and sometimes playing 30 minutes, sometimes 10 or even several seconds before crash is coming.

Tested this with Steam version and standalone client. Happens on both.

That's a corrupted file in your poe file message.

uninstall your game and delete the GGG folder, re download and run installer / patcher as admin , your problem should be resolved. I had the same error and a clean install fixed the issue. Its a file corruption that's causing you to close no error.

Already installed the standalone client without any modifications like mercury trade or trademacro neither sweetfx is installed, still crashing.

Is there any official response to this? I just broke down and did a new windows install and a full redownload of poe only to immediately crash to desktop upon entering the game.

This is pretty much unplayable for me at this point.

Crashed once every 6 hours before the patch. Now I am crashing at least once every 30 minutes. The game is almost unplayable at this point. Doesn't seem to matter what character I play either. Closes to desktop no error message. We need a reply on this from GGG.

I have the same problem now unfortunately - I keep crashing every 5 to 10 minutes straight to desktop without any information.

the worst thing is we're wasting time. League is flowing and we wont get lost time back. I've lost two weeks to make my Molten Strike build, because I dont have much time to play(work, friends, family etc.) and I feel bad I cant play no longer, because cant thanks to the game crashing.
