so with new 3.7 tree if respec 4 points from witch starting area and spend on another 6% es nodes instead will lose 26% es in total (included -6% ES from Trickster nodes )

One question, is https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Death%27s_Oath any good for this build? Cyclone and gems in 6 link staff + boosting death aura damage with gems like conc effect, efficiacy, aoe, void manipulation, etc.

" That will be a lot of sockets used, Death Aura will not be doing much damage because this is crit conversion build, for Death Aura you would want Chaos Dot build. My builds:

Just how strong will be a 2-link BV? Which you will get on day 1 when you hit maps. I mean, it will be linked with cyclone and cwc in a 4-link, so effectively it will be a 2-link with qof in the form of 10 blades. Shouldn't it be better to just self-cast it?
And how strong will be a 3-link 10 blades BV? As soon as you get a 5-link, as you will most probably sit on it for quite a lot of time. |

" Based on PoB, on budget gear with Xirgil's Clank, 4 link is around 1M DPS (ignoring Vaal BV, Watcher's Eye), 5 link is around 1.5M DPS. Realistic expectation at low level would be around 300-600k tho, for 4 link. "Although this does sound cool and all, but how does it compare to just self-casting? In a 4-link you could get an increased duration, and as the base duration of a blade is 5 sec, it doesn't seem too much of a gain to cwc it. |

" Well, when self-casting you will not have frenzy or power charges, what will be quite big DPS loss, also atm also no cast speed. You can do inc duration, but at that point, you would probably also want unleash, or get some duration on tree. CwC solves all of this. My builds:

Oh, sure, you will want to have cast speed, which combined with inc duration will eat up those 2 links anyway. My bad, that was a stupid question indeed. Cwc is a go-to here.
So how soon this setup can become effective? I am sorry if it was asked before already. Let's say I will start with storm burst. Should it be ok as soon as the gems become available? And I still don't want to let go the idea of life-based acrobatics trickster with LoH and hell, maybe even kaoms. |

" Probably not, I would switch to it after acts, and just level the gems on the side, and use probably wave/PF/some other phys spell for leveling. I will probably try to use it as soon as it will be available anyway, but it probably not be optimal. EDIT: Updated pastebin in main thread as PoB got updated.
