Speak with your wallet

I agree with speaking with my wallet, stopped playing and haven't spent a dime, and probably won't for the next league. Or two, or three, or permanently unless things are fixed.

But I don't care about trading or the trade manifesto, just things I have stated elsewhere, and that I don't find the current game fun.

It's gonna have to be a really good league for me to buy another pack.

I bought some in past in advance of playing them - on hype - big mistake.

GGG no longer gets benefit of the doubt because so many issues in Gen 3

I've regretted all the packs I've bought due to hype...

If you don't play Poe, but only study Bex and Chris, it immediately becomes clear only game-breaking code gets changed, literally nothing else does.

They (GGG) simply don't want to have Poe be what it's vocal majority wants - they have a core game philosophy (augmented by David Brevik and his consulting firm, who essentially run GGG on a day-to-day basis), and if it's not a bottom-line enhancer right away, or if it goes against any core game-play development decision, it won't be implemented. The game needs an AH, every one agrees the main issue with Poe is you have to trade for items but nobody responds to trade requests.

I truly wonder if this anti-AH stance GGG has is only in place until enough AH naysayers get addicted and won't care anymore when an AH is introduced.

Literally everyone understands the game needs an AH.

Like I said, the fucking game was designed around an AH.

Lol.
No.
Fuck outta here with that AH garbage.
I can feel you op.. It's a good time for me to stop supporting them until they are going to face the trading problems and improve the trading system.

BTW the player interaction is NOT fine.
Trading still sucks
I've spent hundreds on the game. Got tabs and several pets and of course mtx armor.

Note: I would spend hundreds more but will not. Why? The constant never ending lag the Syndicate asshats the disconnections.

Game is unplayable. My wallet remains locked up but I would really rather spend more and I would if the fucking game was playable which IT IS NOT!

Yeah, trading is so bad this league because a lot of people either went offline or switched to Flashback event. Git the exalts but cannot buy anything, they're offline and don't answer pms also.

I haven't supported for almost 18 months and won't be in the future. I think I've done my fair share to pay for the enjoyment I've received from the game. I was in a very bad habit of insta-buying supporter packs because I was so addicted to the game. I'm so glad that impulse is gone.

just sent them some bucks.

i appreciate that even if they sometimes don't land TehUltraFunLeague with their ideas, at least they had the guts to try.

it's time like this when players aren't happy that they need support the most so tencent doesn't pull the plugs on the international version.

it's not about the money i already dumped on the game, i still like playing poe to relax from a busy working day or have an opportunity to talk with friends.

if they introduced automated trade i probably would also speak with my wallet and leave.
imho synthesis failed cause it's been designed to buff the top 5% of players with insane items. that's not me.

automated trade would take away the occasional sale i do as well cause lacking demand would cheapen the prices of most items down to some alterations. and i'm not a fan of using dozens of tools to watch markets. it's clearly against my interest.

If a few people stop spending money on the game that matters about as much as an empty flower pot falling over in a dusty, rotten shed somewhere in a forest that hasn't been visited in decades.
There will always be people spending money on the game. Aslong as they exist, GGG won't care about many people not spending money... it is a f2p game afterall.

But let's be honest, even though it might not seem like it, GGG does care about the community and their feedback (atleast from my experience) just because they don't add a feature that you want immedietely the day after you oh so highly demanded it, doesn't mean they don't care about your opinion, feedback and suggestions... they just need time. It's not the biggest development team out there as you might be able to tell.

I think GGG does a pretty damn good job given the ways they have to keep pushing forward, and I gave them my word to be continuously supporting the game aslong as I can, so I shall stay true to that.

If you enjoy the game any kind of help is great for the upcoming "battle of RPGs" as they called it, whether that's spending money on the game to help paying the bills for developement and the people behind the game, or simply giving constructive feedback as to what could be fixed, what could be made better to bring in more people, keeping the interest in the game as high as possible (or both).
GGG appreciates you playing, being here with them, with your wallet on the table or not, you are part of the reason why they are here and STILL going, even if it may not seem that way.
