Not a permenant solution, I used this with some old games that had tiny windowed modes -- Diablo included: http://grismar.net/shiftwindow/
Works out pretty well for me. |

I wish that they could just fix this, doesn't seem too complicated of a problem. I have had this issue since I started playing open beta, even posted about it before with no avail.
