What?! Don't you have a SSD Exile?!!?

First, I want to tell that I had ZERO issues with Syndicate last league (aka Betrayal). No lag issues, no FPS drops, nothing at all. I have a great gaming PC and play in one of the worst servers (São Paulo), but so far I had none of those issues. I have the same PC, the same connection, the same settings and it's infuriating to play this league.

Since the start of Syntesis league I'm having a HUGE problem, not only with Syndicate but with all of the content when it comes to loafing time, lag and FPS drop.

Something changed that was not in the patch notes regarding loading times, textures, whatever is causing this? Because there's no reason for this much loading and FPS drop. What changed from last league to this that now it's almost mandatory to have a SSD?

Syndicate is still the worst part. The loading and lag in Intervention was not resolved, and you can nerf it to the ground it will not solve the problem. And it's even worse: now I'm having loading lag issues in Research, Transportation and even in Fortification!!

Really, what you GGG changed so bad that you have screwed with everything that was already working? Have you really, really only tested and released something that only works for some users?!?! Don't you have regression tests or something to asure that EVERYTHING THAT'S WORKING IS STILL WORKING?!?!

Really, get the last stable Syndicate branch and start coding from there. Or at least give us an option to preload everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) when we open the game. I'd rather have a 10 min loading screen in the game lauch than have stupid loadings while I'm playing.

P.S.: No, I will not discuss the deaths caused by that lag, that's the consequence and not the root cause. It's infuriating but I learned not to bother with deaths in PoE.

I saw it so many times already.

You can tell an intervention map by the extra 20 seconds of loading.
Then the stutter step until they finally launch, I'm getting better at playing the server, would like to get back to the game though.
And since your patch I have found 3 transportation caravans EMPTY, nobody home, just the carts. And 1 empty fort.

They've gotten at least 2 thousand complaints about the FPS dipping and clips of it happening LIVE ON TWITCH by popular streamers ffs.

Playing since Delve last days and from whole Betrayal and had no issues...

If I'm forced to buy a SSD to play PoE, forget the game. I'm not spending money to buy a SSD when I can buy like Sekiro and have no problems.

Best idea I had was not buying a supporter pack untill all problems are solved...

Possibly your game files have become fragmented during the patching process. That can really kill performance.

Tbh looking from GGG's perspective and how rich you made them it must feel strange to watch your poor playerbase buying stash tabs and supp packs instead of saving up for an SSD drive.

Keep feeding 10cents more money, they might actually change things for people who don't have enough money to upgrade their hardware. Kek

Multiple threads on reddit with thousands of upvotes and countless bug forums posts etc are a "minority"? This league has been one of the worst received leagues ever with a big player dropoff. The reason why huge amounts of ppl ain't writing about this is because they've already quit because of it or are waiting for a fix.

Also you think GGG wants ppl to quit the game and spread negative news about it lol? It's in GGG's interest to fix their shit obvioously.

This isn't about hardware, problems like these are almost never about hardware. This didn't exist in 3.5...

Also people with monster rigs get this. It's an issue with GGG's software.

Yup, they just go to play other games.
Why do somth? Especially if issues are not patched rapidly. They came to play and have fun. And when game is failing to deliver this, even to load itself properly, they just go and have fun in other places.
