Massive lag spike after 3.6.2 Patch.

It's really annoying that no one of GGG answers in any of that many Threads. It would be nice to know if they are working on it. I died five times because of lags so i stopped playing until they fixed the problem. At the current state it's not playable.
I also have this problem. It really does not seem GGG is taking it very seriously tho.

What to do? I really love this game and don't want to give it up but it seems I have no choice.

Do something guys please.

Tried to play today. Went to Wash dc and crashed within 3 or so minutes. Rebooted machine went to Texas, crashed within 5 minutes. Rebooted machine and went to California and crashed right after I put in a map.

Rebooted and went back to Wash dc cause it had the best lag. The map was gone and while I was standing in my hideout thinking about what to do next the entire game crashed.

I played at most 10 minutes, loaded one map and lost it and the game too.

Man this sure pisses me off.
Been having lag spikes as well, along with lag death. Which makes the game unplayable.

I've been playing POE for years and have never had the lag spike issue like I'm having it now with Syntheses.

Since I'm having the same lag spikes using different Gateways, would be it hard to assume that packet loss is the not main culprit?

Or is it the older core design architecture of POE which has difficulty with occasional packet loss?

I'm not going to rant on GGG too much, the game is free after all and a blast to play when it works. But I'm just not convinced that bad tracer routes are the only reason for spikes.

Same going on here. Anything I try to do with alot going on like delve maps memories has 3 to 5 second maybe longer freezing moments. Ive made about 6 new builds HC and SC and they all get "laggy" later in the game. Maybe act 8 and up. I play daily and this has been a big issue since the last patch that said something about changing how we load into an area.

I don't have problems like this with the other games I play.
but the latency during mapping just keeps spiking :( Japan / Singapore realm. its a bit frustrating trying to level up to a 100 on this really awesome game. when you see that you dodged on your screen and you are then teleported back to what you avoided and die
I found a thread that said they were disabling the fire wall. I tried that and so far so good. I don't feel great about having the firewall off but the games running great!
After taking a week off I came back today. A huge download was waiting so downloaded defragged and booted it up.

Wash dc crashed in first 5 minutes. Hadn't even made it to map.
Texas crashed in 10 minutes. Didn't make it to map.
California let me make it to map then crashed.
Rebooted once again and went to California. Map gone, portals gone.

THIS GAME IS A PIECE OF EXCREMENT.
I haven't played all this league.
I bought a brand new computer with ssd just for this fucking game.

What a fool I was.
Just use that new pc to play a better game with.

IT´s a problem when the [Removed by Support] devs have no idea on how the game even works. Bloated as fuck, memory leaking and crashing every 40min because of the insane amount of bloated shit they put in. What a joy to have memories/memory nodes fucked because the game crashes all the fucking time. The game is running on spaghetti code that can barely keep up.

fix that shit asap!

You can create such great leagues - If the Lagspikes with patch 3.7 are not significantly less I will stop the game. And I can imagine that I am not the only one there.

I love this game, there's nothing like it and I could cry every time I get frustrated because it's just not playable under the circumstances.

Please do something.

Thank you
