Massive lag spike after 3.6.2 Patch.

Hi there guys,

Make sure you have the latest vendor specific network card drivers, not Microsoft ones. (Mine is Intel I219-V so I downloaded it from intel.com). Windows updates may install the wrong ones.
Once I installed the correct driver there were absolutely no spikes for 10+ hours and counting :)

Hope this helps someone.

This also only started to happen to me after 3.6.2, but got much worse after 3.6.3. Anytime there are 3+ packs on screen I'm dropping to single digit FPS. Downloaded most recent drivers, helped... Slightly
Having the same issues on a really consistent basis.
The game is almost unplayable due to the constant lag spikes.
Same here....unplayable!
lost 2 hours of progress dying due to lag. GGG will not be getting my money anytime soon, if ever.
Same issues I've been having. Game was playable and completely fine until the 3.6.2 patch. I was hopeful that the recent patch (3.6.3c) would solve the issue that randomly showed up, but I've seen no mention from GGG that there is even a problem. It is incredibly frustrating.

I load up a VPN and I am still getting 15% lag spikes. I've checked my modem/router/ISP and can confirm the issue is PoE only. I switched to predictive to make it slightly less annoying, but I'm pretty much about to quit the league at this point.
Got the same problem. Constant lag spikes in almost every instance.
I had this problem. Couldn't even move because the ping was too high, and it seemed to happen in random instances.

Turns out that Geforce Nvidia Experience had a pending update. Installing the update, the lag went away. My girlfriend had the same problem, and installing the update also fixed her problems.

I don't know why though. I don't understand how this pending update for a GRAPHICS software affected my PING, but seeing as Nvidia Experience is checking for new graphics drivers, maybe something went haywire there. I was in a lagging instance when I installed the update, and installing it instantly made the lag stop.

I have been having the same issue. It happens whenever I enter a zone, i get massive ms spikes. I have tried updating everything, nothing works. Usually it works when I exit the zone, and make a new instance. It's viable when leveling, but when getting to maps, it's unacceptable. Please do something about this GGG.
