Nothing happens when I "Launch" Stand alone client after patch

per suggestion I attempted Compatibility mode. It defaulted to Windows 8. Problem persists. will now try uninstall and reinstall.

Why would you wait a few hours before the league to start to beta test this crap?

You had all week...
Tried deleting the production config, different compatibility modes, patching it again, checking firewall, disabling firewall; everything short of a reinstall. This really sucks, at least with an error message it'd be easier to see what the problem is.

Attempting a reinstall... So much for competing this league lol

Has anyone with this problem managed to get the game running?
i'm still reinstalling. i'll have an answer soon if it works.

Did you previously play with Dx9/9ex?
i have dx12. not sure if i was previously using dx 9. but i've had access to dx 11 and 12 for a while.
Same issue here, tried all of the mentioned before. Proc stays in mem but nothing shows up, both Standalone and Steam.
