Bonus Screenshot: Overlay Map (work in progress)

I think you just need to add opacity and a control for resize the map overlay...
Don't need to waste time with external gadget like iphone and co for a first release. Regards, From France. |

I think the overlay map is very useful on randoms, but it must be simplier than the pic one, like japanese RPGs.

The only thing you need to do is make it in a lighter colour - other than that, it's awesome.

" I very like this idea. To be able to move the map wherever you want on your screen. |

As a Man i have an innate sense of direction.
Maybe we could buy maps for the main un-instanced areas to make you work for it. It would reveal traps and such. Obviously this wouldn't work for instanced, but i thought it might be cool. What do you think? Yes good sir, I enjoy slaying mythical creatures.

Overlay map is a very good feature. I'm glad that you are improving it.
I think that the map you link needs more transparency like other users said. |

I used the overlay map in Diablo2 most of the time on lowest transparency - shown overlay is too present but nice to have this feature :)

I think the ability to resize the map and toggle opacity would indeed be extremely useful. Whether you have another screen or not, I think it would allow players to customize their game screen and I don't believe it would be very coding intensive, yes?
