Fixed angle all the way!!!

Sacred 2 and Dungeon Siege 3 gave the possibilities of moving the camera, and really it just got annoying in frustrating to have to move the camera all the time. =)

I completely agree. A fixed camera is really idea for a game like this.

Fix this?

having a fixed camera is what ARPGs is all about. Why? because you shouldn't be focused on anything but killing crap.

Having a free moving camera for this type of game would completely remove the feel of the game.

If you don't believe me go try out Mythos Europe, then go try out Drakensang Online. Both the same type of Action RPG game only one allows you to move the camera around and the other one doesn't. The one that is fixed is Drakensang Online and it feels better then Mythos which is a free moving camera which takes away that ARPGness.
It looks like the camera is zoomed in a bit too much for my liking, but we will see.. maybe it's just the screens i've seen.
To have the ability to move the camera doesn't mean you HAVE to move it. You can use it fixed while you fight and move it after when you actually can take an advantage from it. The possibility to rotate the camera is an additional feature that can be used to get a strategic advantage while exploring the area... only an idiot (or someone that really know what he is doing) would start to move the camera in the middle of a fight =/

Fixed pov sucks. Even more if you consider that with the possibility to move the camera around you can still play with it in a fixed position while you can't do the opposite.
I'd just like to mention that the fixed camera makes it quite stressful to explore heading south, especially south west while making it very advantageous to explore north, especially north east, because of the angle and the UI.

This is the only reason I'd like a rotating camera. Alternatively, allow us to reposition or remove elements from the UI?

It doesn't really detract from the game experience, but the visible distance between top right and bottom left corners of vision is quite stark (top right probably has ice spear range while bottom left is maybe leap range, if even). Let's just say I'm super conservative in flicker dungeons heading southwest X_X
