Look man. I don't know if you want to help or if you are just trying to get people to check out your "theory" builds, but you need to just let it go and stop hijacking this thread. Blood Magic is mandatory for this build. Maybe in imagination land where you have your "theory" builds, using mana works. It does not for this build. Now can we please not keep going back and forth about this?
Its not like that man. I think u just didnt test it. If u have 3000 dps, and have for example 4% mana leech, u got 120 mana back per hit. That was my point. Peace :)

Mana Leech isn't instant, say Tygerwoody attacked 3-4times per seconds, you're capped at how much mana you can leeched back per second. He will run out of mana 100% of the time.
Blood Magic in many peoples build will be mandatory, whether its through passive or support gem. You just end up attacking too fast and mana leech rate of recovery isn't good enough.

if u attack group of mobs its pretty instant

I've been trying to be nice, but man you are thick headed. Do you even have a single high level character? I looked up your user name and it couldnt even find one character of yours in the top 10,000.
Please leave this thread. I'm trying to help people, not beat my head against the wall explaining to someone who has never had a high level character and makes theory builds.

Wouldn't change anything, the amount you can leech per second is CAPPED. Doesn't matter if you hit 100 things at once, it'll be the same as hitting 3 things.
What is your level and what is your Attacks Per Second?

This is the slight change i had in mind, i checked and you lose barely anything at all in stats and you gain a lot of resist and defense from shield and only -3% in Atk speed. Seems like it would be fun paired with hrimsorrow and the %fire shield.
Sounds interesting. However , I can't help but think a marauder or templar would be better suited for this build. Duelist would still work though.

He runs mana pots, I outdamage his DUAL STRIKE BUFFED with my Cleave UNBUFFED. Not to mention this dude's attack speed is SLOW AS HELL.
