Ran a Shaper Memory Fragment map and used a Divine Vessel on it at same time, neither item dropped

Just a few minutes ago, I got a Moon Temple map, looked at my atlas and saw that it was a Shaper's Memory fragment map AND that I could use a Divine Vessel on it, so I decided to do that. Upon completion of the map NEITHER the filled vessel dropped nor the memory fragment.

Did you change character? Was the map occupied by Elder?
The vessel does not drop from the boss. You need to retrieve it from the map device. |

I did not change characters and the map was occupied by the Elder. And okay, just checked the map device and it's there. I must have mis-remembered how that works.
