Shaper Fragment bug

I may have encountered a Shaper Fragment bug. On my atlas, the Coves map says "Occupied by Elder, map boss has a shaper memory fragment". However, after killing both map bosses nothing dropped. Note that I still have to do the Tier 15 part of Zana's quest. Is it because I"m doing it out of order? Currently there's no indication that I can't get the other shards without following Zana's directions

You need to kill the guardians first before Elder is accessible.

Thanks for the images, so the wording is incorrect, it says "Map Boss has a Shaper's Memory Fragment", however that's not completely true. In this case the map is occupied by Elder, only Elder will actually drop the Memory Fragment, and not the normal Boss of the map, so you will need to kill off the 4 Guardian's first.

Ahh got it. Can you make the wording more clear in the future? It's the first time I've gotten this far in a league and it's really confusing.
