Trading System?

That manifesto means we can't make content to have the player keep going like raids, partying up or solo dungeons. to keep the loot going. To keep making your build evolve.

Look at Anthem progression system they want you chasing loot forever. Not in a endgame system like this game maps then uber then complete.

GGG needs a new endgame loot system with a never ending endgame.

not 3 months leagues that only lasts a month for most people.

Anyways not bashing just showing that this game is a alt game only there is no endgame. And if you tell me maps are endgame your IQ is very low.

Endgame should be content that changes every month and keeps the loot finder going.

PEACE

They originally wanted items to degrade over time, but decided that was too much for modern gamers to accept.

Yeah, modern players just cant take it, when gear stats degrade over time, and they'll have to change items eventually...

To much hassle. Show me one modern game that has such mechanic (Im not talking about durability which you can repair)
I think durability / repair on items (such as Fire Emblem series) would be a smart way to make players go slower in the game, at least better than putting the majority challenges in a rng lottery.

More like "smart idea to make some people leave this game".
It is currently incredibly clunky and inconvenient. It has a specific learning curve which is totally unreasonable meaning you are losing way too much time to learn about basic stuff. You have to alt-tab the game, and still keep the game on a different window so you see if someone sends you an invite (???). Online/offline/afk status aren't consistent and whispering is done in a very awkward way (considering one is not a power user like i am), it gives the impression that you must be a coder or something just to understand any of it.
Overall what should be transparent like the way you Delve deeper into the Mine
or the way you put Memories in the Nexus should be the case with the Exiled Market, as i like to call it when i decide to go on poetrade.
I mean just on the top of my head i can give you so many things that are irrelevant to the way this system should work.

-It shouldn't be made easy and idiotic, it should be transparent and rewarding to learn, right now you just become less 'punished' by knowing more about how it works.
-Should it be considered gameplay or should it be a subsystem which only serves the players and not GGG - this is kind of vague, but what i mean is GGG has nothing to do with the trading between players and right now you are making people understand your way of trading. You shouldn't be involved in any of it rather only providing the means by which players do it.
-Do we still want other people in our hideouts - let's be honest this will more than half our entries into our well thought hideouts, meaning it would still be cool that in order to get a certain purchase that you have to go personally to their hideout and have one final thought about whether you want to make that trade or not.

The user experience right now suffers from an overly aged system, that by no means should be exchanged with something any other game has, not at all, but rather GGG should and quite possibly is the only company that can surely blow our minds by making a system of their own for the trading in our beloved land of exiles. Right now the system is based on messages and forum listings of items, scripts on how to reach those items, and depending on people being online/offline/afk. It shouldn't be a mindless auction house, but a well engineered market that serves its game base and not be a slave to complexity.
