I've tried, I promise you. But I can't find an example of that in this thread. Not saying I don't agree with you.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
"...it's the ones who post the pointless rants that don't leave..."

Damn, that was not right, no, not at all nice, precious! Naughty, naughty you, you shouldn't have gone n done that, disclosing that kind of information to the plebe.

What was the old saying, the one about those... lovely, kinda pinkish, rotund animals and pearls cast before them, so that they could trample them under their pinkish little feet...

Oh well, fixed that, but please next time DON'T SPOiL ALL THE FUN.

EDiT: (Almost forgot) Calling this game "shitty wonderful" must be the ultimate definition of this here game, the one I love to hate oh so much, there are times I feel like I want to bomb GGG HQ in NZ...

Sometimes I'm reminded just how culturally insular gamers can be. And how unlikely to google things they don't know. The really funny thing is how relevant her kookie little fad is to this thread...but you know, don't let expanding your horizons a little get in the way of otherwise pointless rant.

Gamers are likely to google things. However, not everyone who does sports is considered an athlete, just like not everyone who plays games is considered a gamer.

Why is it so hard for some people to just leave instead of posting a pointless rant.

Because they have an inflated sense of self worth and ego that they feel the world needs to know what they're doing and why they're doing it ?

Would of been easier if he just said that in a tweet and we ignore it imo.

Why do people think we care they are quiting a game?
The dilemma facing a digital hoarder is, he cannot divert his attention between a number of hoarding games. Therefore, he needs to find the best one.

Path of Exile deceivingly portrays itself as a simple online computer game but ... it is actually a cleverly disguised rehabilitation mechanism for people who suffer from Hoarding disorder.

only if you really want it to make you unlearn that hoarding.

you can also load a very restrictive item filter and after the next run you basically play a different, less stressful game without having to unlearn anything.

i do that only for wisdom/portal scrolls cause i can't unlearn to pick them up.

otherwise i'm healed, thanks ggg!

Of course the tons of low quality drops has always been to push players into trading for top tier gear (GGG always overlooks the fact that trade chat is an abomination of a trade function). That and they're coding PoE to try to extend a player's playing time into years instead of months.

GGG will never change the drop formulas to be less quantity and more quality. Never gonna happen. Even with an MF build the majority of loot drops are junk.

But the OP should know that the W.H.O has added PoE to it's list of computer game addictions. Hoarders have been forwarned. :)

"You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration.

The perfect solution to fix Trade Chat:

the stuff that is worth hoarding because it's not power creeped into insigificance in half a year is beyound the reach of most exiles.

The True Goal is to shower newbs with massive amounts of item types shards and general useless garbage which look to have an use so they buy stash tabs.
