How do you sustain Red Maps? What am I doing wrong?
I mention the stash of flasks, to point out that it's not that I don't care about them, I just use them for the different maps. Right now, I tailor them to what I need, rather than just a one size fits all approach.
Also, Armor is not crap. With the armor on Flask, I hit 75% Phys Redux with that flask up, even without Lion's Roar. It's the biggest reason why I'm looking at getting the Dying Sun, as the Lion's Roar is only the DPS boost, nothing else. Lion's Roar, is also, not crap with MS. It reduces most boss fights in the maps that I have to 2-3 seconds, tops. Most of the time the boss is dead before I'd have to refresh a flask. With this char, I find very little to be challenging content, that I currently have Access too. I think the last thing that I found challenging was running Xoph for the first time, and that was because (as I've done with lots of stuff), I'm learning it as I go, instead of researching the fight before hand. (I know, I'm a glutton for punishment.) I have started looking for people that are selling maps in quantity, to try and make my odds of getting people to respond better. I'm almost to a point where I can ditch the Mana flask all together. TO be honest, the only reason I use it anymore, is because of the long duration, I can keep my mana from hitting max, and it gives me immunity to bleeding. I had doubled up for the previous map, because I seem to be a magnet for the Corrupting Blood mod on Packs during those maps. |

" Such tank lol too bad you don't actually have 75% mitigation from it :( And i can't imagine how movement speed on bubbling sanctified life flask can meet anyone's needs.. but ok, if it works for you :) |

" I want to be brutally honest because an account From 2013 just hitting red maps probably needs it. Yes armor is crap - The most damage armor can mitigate is its value divided by 10 - so you need 10k armor to mitigate just 1000 damage through armor alone. Meanwhile you can negate 15% physical with a basalt, albeit for just a brief moment and only while you still have enough flask charges. Tier 11 is hardly different from 10, its really not till 13 that I start to notice a difference and 15/16 are dramatically different from lowly 11. But to be fair, T11 with nasty mods can be more devastating than a mediocre t16, even unmodded those guardians can hit very hard on their own. Yep, totally over league play.
