Same problem no sound here. Using Creative Titanium HD with optical cable.

Please fix this soon.
it worked yesterday but today no sound at all

realtek HD audio manager.

Thanks! ScroII
My sound is no longer working when it loads, using realtek HD audio manager. It was working earlier today, but when I first tried playing it was also silent. The audio options do nothing '~'
Yup, realtek for me too. Just stopped working for no apparent reason.

Settings in-game says no sound driver detected.
I'm not getting any sound in-game, though I usually have in the past. This is not the first time I've not had sound, but it is the first time that quitting and restarting did not solve the issue.

Updated my windows 7 yesterday and today no sound, I went under my Sound options to Manage audio devices selected my speakers and headphones properties tab, clicked the advanced tab under that and changed my settings to 16bit, 44100hz Cd Quality and my sound returned. Before changing it, it was on Studio Quality.
Auzentech X-Fi Home Theatre HD Driver Ver. 6.0.1.1403
Windows 7
windows 7 pro X-fi plat.. Astro A50 / NO SOUND!!!!!! come on guys
I'm using creative x-fi titanium HD. output to SPDIF.
after some muckaround I got sound working
my workaround is to use SSD – Set Sound Device
http://funk.eu/ssd/

to switch sound device to Analog. but also click the button in
X-fi driver to have stero PCM output to SPDIF.
