No Sound whatsoever

No sound at all, just installed game.
Win7-64 ultimate
Creative X-Fi via SPDIF to logitech Z-5500 5.1 surround

Does someone know when sound with Creative cards will be fixed.

I would just like to report that I have the same issue.

I use an Auzentech X-Fi Forte sound card, which is basically a tweaked Creative X-Fi.

Driver version: 6.0.1.1402 (probably time to upgrade)
Windows 7 64-bit

I also use a Logitech G35 headset, and the sound works great when I set it to my primary sound device.

I have no sound at all. Using an The Turtle Beach PX5 7.1 chanells headset. Creative Sb X-FI sound card.

How many of you are using digital out on your sound cards?

I am using digital out. SPDIF

I just installed the game and had no sound at all. I also used digital out (SPDIF). So i switched to analog out and the sound was there!
