Does making ressistances on the same percentage for wise oak matter? since i guess u only deal fire anyways right?

LOVE THE BUILD! I dunno what im doin wrong but i feel SUPER squishy. compared to the coc build im running which should be feeling more squishy maybe someone can take a look for me. I usually feel a lot more tanky as jugg, can someone take a look and tell me what im doing wrong.

I'm having a lot of issues with mana while leveling. Is this something that's alleviated naturally by leveling or is it solved by an item or ascendancy or something?
