If I do not want to choose Alira as bandits reward which one is more viable Kraityn or 2 skill points? I am lured into Kraityn everytime when I play dex char. Does 2 sp makes much difference?

Thanks for the build. It looks really good.

Well, from my experience with this game and other, the best choice is the choice you like best.

Why do I make my life complicated with a glass-cannon build like this one, and not a simple Cyclone Slayer like (almost) everyone else playing melee ?
Because I like Assassin, I like Blade Flurry and I like daggers, that's why. Because it's so much fun.
And now I am past Delve 450, so I guess it's not that bad for a glass-cannon.

So you like Kraytin bonuses ? Go on with it. You won't regret it.

True, I often make minor changes to the build, because I test things, so I wait sometimes before updating the front page.
The most up-to-date infos are in the last posts, but you can always play the front page version. I always make sure it is playable as is.
Just look the build tree in the message above yours, you'll see what I consider mandatory or not in the nodes.

Thanks for answer and the skill tree. So does the gem setup in front page still up to date?
Also, POE 2 hypeeee :)
Yes, you can use this setup. It definitely works.

Yeah, so HYPED about 4.0 !
Several 6-link, holy mother of Einhar !
Blade Flurry, Dual Strike, Pestilent Strike, Viper Strike, here I come !

And the new League looks cool too. Let's go assassinate some metamorphs yeah :D

Ok after 3 days playing around with this build, i can say its very fun, a bit pricy to upgrade but I like it a lot.

One problem is the blade flurry skill itself. I feel like it has some bug in targeting. Sometimes I cant rotate. Sometimes the target I aim take 0 damage. Quite buggy spell.

Yeah, so I read people complaining about a bug in the skill.
I'm willing to believe it but frankly, I've never felt it. Never had problems to rotate either.
Do you have 100% accuracy ? If not, that is why you miss sometimes ? In this case, I stop and start channelling again.

I was back in standard for some Delving. Then, a friend who went on vacations lent me his Headhunter in league !

So I had to try it in Blighted maps.
I just made a quick video with it. Got some nice buffs, like Searing Bond totems, speed, Proximity Shield and the funniest of all, Soul Eater.
Ohmagod, I'm so HUUUUUGGGGE !

#22 : T15 Blighted Coves w/ Headhunter

All in all, it's fun to play. But considering the price, unless you go deep delving or extreme MF Ranger, you can live without it.

Anyway, it was a good way to say goodbye to Blight.
See you, sister Cassia, hope to see you soon in Standard !
I had fun in Blighted maps. Only thing which was missing IMO was a final boss in a unique T16. Something like the big monster responsible for spreading the blight. Think Mordremoth, the Thorn Dragon in Guild Wars 2.
So I give Blight league a solid 8/10.
Had more fun fightning knee-deep in the mycellium ("ugh, new roots !") than doing T2 Glacier in Legion.

And now, let's prepare to fight the Conquerors in Standard, and cook some juicy Metamorphs in league.
Boss fights is what this build does best, so even if 3.9 does not bring many buffs for us, it will sure deliver good content for an Assassin !

I have begun reworking the first message to prepare for 3.9.
- Removed outdated infos.
- Updated anointing choices for Blight.
- Made some improvements in Playstyle and Defense sections.
- Added a Delve section. More infos and videos coming in depths 400+.

Also improved the way to calculate Ryslatha's coil bonuses (see Gearing section)

Go to PoB, "Calcs", select BF and search for "OH Hit damage". It will give your min and max dmg.
Now, calculate the min/max ratio, which should be ~45%.
For instance, on BF 6th stage, I do 45k - 100k dmg.

So on average, I deal (100+45)/2 = 72.5.

With this particular +39/-32 Ryslatha :

min dmg = 45*(1-0.32) = 45*0.68 = 30.6
and
max dmg = 100*1.39 = 139.
So now, on average, I deal : (139+30.6)/2 = 85
85/72.5 = 1.17 --> 17% more physical dmg. I manually add this number in the item.

Back to Standard, where I'm beginning a series of video in Delve.
I'm not fond of fossil farming and this build is not designed for Delve : it's not a Jugg nor a cold Scourge Arrow Raider.
Rather, I go into the Mine to test the build : how deep can it go ?... What amount of shit can it take before giving up ? :D

During this series, you'll see how I progressively made changes to the build to push to its absolute limits.
And believe me, after some atrocious delves, a T16 Beyond map feels like a walk in the park...

So, let's begin with :

#23 : Delve 400 - Harbinger Brut !

In this encounter, I try to use all buffs : 3 flasks, Withering Steps, Phase Run, Vaal Warchief and Abyssal Cry.

Hope you like it :)

Our descent in Delve continues with :

#24 : Delve 450 - Primeval Ruins

This time, I have removed a life flask and taken Taste of Hate.
At this depth, things become a bit difficult, especially in those chambers, but that's still very doable. Gotta get the loot fast, though !

Next time : Delve 500.

Sir, this build is awesome, totally love it.
But I'm currently wondering: Do I need the mod "Hits can't be Evaded" when my Hit chance is 100%?
I've nearly done crafting my dagger with flaring-celebration + multiple crafted mod like this

Is there any mod can be crafted to replace the "Hits can't be Evaded".
My PoB: https://pastebin.com/24jVHmCe
Hey, thx !

If you already have 100% hit chance, you don't need "Hits can't be evaded".

Since this is a prefix, instead you can craft :
"Gain (7-8)% of Physical Damage as Extra Chaos Damage" for 8 vaal
or
"(95-105)% increased Physical Damage
(18-20)% chance to Impale Enemies on Hit with Attacks" for 8c

https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Crafting_Bench

All good with your PoB.
Double corrupt Assassin's Garb is OP.
Nice "no corrupted blood" jewel :)

I think you could buy or craft a good rare amulet, even if you have to keep Precision at low level.
I was happy when the Hyrri's truth was added in 3.6, but it lacks +life.

Your build makes me think I got to try Steelskin. I've kept the old Immortal Call, but Steelskin is like extra life. Could be better for Delves.

If you can, find a good Lethal Pride or Brutal Restraint jewel.

Cheers and hf :)
