[3.6] Vowel's Crit Storm Brand Elementalist - Flaskless Uber Elder

Think about spec to Inquisitor (prob better) =\
I'm sticking with previous version of this Build with Elemental Overload and Phase Acrobatics.
And it's way better for League starters like me.
Maybe this crit version will be better against end-game content.
This build is still strong even GGG nerfed Storm Brand a bit in 3.6 patch.
Can u update your tree for new POB?
treeposted sorry guys

Just a note for everyone trying this build. In the gem setup in the OP's helm, he runs phase run as one of the gems. Its an ok skill, but you can do without it. Instead you can use that gem slot to use herald of ice for extra damage (especially if you have balanced resist with wise oak). It barely uses any extra mana b/c of the Ele ascendancy.

Alot of questions: why do we need Controlled Destruction in Crit build.
And everytime we got answer - min crit is 5% (some people said 5.5%)
I'm lvl 70 and my crit is 4.4% with Controlled Destruction.
Maybe, maybe, It's enough according how often Storm Brand hits.
But I think you should change your calculations.

I don't know about you, but I'm level 65, I don't have crit in my gear yet, and I'm already sitting at almost 15% crit, using Controlled destruction and without Increased Crit Chance...

Maybe you're just pathing slightly differently?

I'm also still personally using Elemental overload until I get the rest of my crit nodes, so I haven't gotten them all yet. In all honesty, you're probably just using an old tree or something
