" probably not, considering they both say it "allows you to place 2 totems with 1 cast" and not "allows you to place an extra totem per cast" if it does give 3 totems placed that would be PogChamp |

" Look closely, there is one it says 21% less dmg, while at lvl 1 it was 40% less dmg. that would mean a 1% change per lvl of the skill gem |
