Allow activation of heralds and auras in the 'skills' tab of the menu

It would be nice to have this feature in all skills related UIs:
*) Skills tab in menu
*) R3 "Assign skills to buttons"

Being "better than PC" doesn't automatically exclude an idea from consideration. You could argue that console already has features that are better than PC, and even features PC players ask for like the Trade Board and proper controller support.

In this case PC is ALSO starved for ability slots: Chris wants to add more, but it's complex due to the way mappings are saved onto the actual gems. Thus this idea could solve problems for both console and PC - after all, it's not impossible to squeeze this onto PC too.

So "better than PC" definately cannot apply to an idea that could improve the PC version, it just makes the idea even more worthy of consideration if anything.

I would love to be able to cast auras and that stuff from the menu instead of having to adjust a skill slot.
