Looks interesting.... for a pathfinder because with 40 charges used of 60 only pathfinder can effectively gain enough flask charges for this to be up enough.

Seems like this'd be problematic to use in a party. All it'd take is one player with a decent amount of cold damage to destroy your supply of corpses.
