I wonder if there will be a condition to stop desecrate/unearth corpses from counting here? Otherwise poets pen just got another buff in the vd/unearth builds

Seems fairly meh for most builds other than the vieled mod.

What they need is a flask, or a modifier to an existing flask, that will recover charges while foes are alive, but not on death.
Such as a flask that recovers 1 charge per second while an enemy is affected by your damage over time, or 'on hit'. This will help a lot in big boss fights during periods where there are no adds. The only downside would be that they do not accrue charges on enemy death. Patch Notes 3.15: Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive. Patch Notes 3.19: Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.
