In case you didn't know totem ele res doesn't increase the hp of minions.

Ok so i calculated what quality would do:
Increase their life by 921 hp at level 20

WOW definitely enough for a zombie to 1vs1 shaper

Seriously how does that stop them from getting 2 shotted?

Maybe +10% Max ele res would do something or having double the life


Use +2 or at least +1 minion helm.
I dont know why do you use withering touch but if you can remove use empower.

Get 20/20 zombie (21 zombie is a little expensive) and 20/20 minion life.

If you do that Zombie life will be 17k to 25k+

Now they must be alive until t15+ bosses.

If they are still being one shotted it means fortify is useless. Instead of fortify use Animate guardian gem with bunch of uniques. It will buff your skellies as well.
