Raise Zombies get melted by Elemental Damage

Right now Commander of Darkness seems to be necessary to give Minions +20% ele Res but this node sucks if you aren't an aura supporter.

The problem is Raise Zombie has 40% Ele res according to wiki with passive tree +15% ele res which leaves them at 55%.

Now the Ascendancy Node that is specifically centered around Raise Zombie doesn't think about giving them better resistance.

The phys reduction gain is so minor that you won't notice anything.

On the other hand the Node also has chaos damage on zombie death but you don't want zombies to die. It was a bad choice to give em that mod since I used to have a build that used chaos damage on skeleton death.

"You and your Minions have 1% additional Physical Damage Reduction for each Zombie you own
Your Raised Zombies spread Caustic Ground on Death, dealing 50% of their maximum Life as Chaos Damage per second
+2 to Maximum number of Zombies
Raised Zombies' Slam Attack has 100% increased Cooldown Recovery Speed
Raised Zombies' Slam Attack has 100% increased Area of Effect"

Move the Chaos damage to Bone Sculptor skeleton node and add a zombie Ele resistance +30% as well as 3-5% increased elemental maximum resistance to Commander of Darkness.

So you actually have the option to use Commander of Darkness without your zombies becoming fruit flies.

Commander of Darkness is pretty strong. Try to get a decent number of zombies and combine it with armour and other physical damage reduction. With a decent health nodes you are a face tank due to this flat physical damage reduction.

They don't need phys damage reduction

That build is not viable way too squishy

No, chaos damage on minion death is a great thing, especially when with Minion Instability together, dealing fire + chaos damage on low minion life. Just have desecrate full time and you can resummon your zombies over and over again, and keep Minion Life support on them so they do a bigger fire damage when exploding.

Lmao one basic attack deals more damage and im pretty sure you use this in high level maps against breaches and such

It's not a joke, it's a legit suggestion, that gem also gives up to a 20% MORE minion elemental damage too ( which scales minion instability and ele part of a minion attack ).
Not using it is also a choice you have.

edit : wait .... you are claiming that you don't need physical mitigation on your zombies, you are laughing at somebody poiting out the exact gem that would help you in that case and you are using zombies linked to ... fortify ??? really ?
You don't even have quality on your raise zombie gem ...
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
