My Account is temporarily locked while a admin work on it WTF?

Me and my boyfriend had this problem. Although, today my boyfriend could log in, but I still can't. We have a very busy week, and we have just the weekends to relax and do what we want to do. I know this is a big free game, but we gave a lot of money to this company. We know that bugs happens, but at least, you should give us a ETA.
Why some people that had this problem, could log in today e others don't? When it will be fixed? Please, GGG, talk to us.
