OK Thks. I try it when Delving, pretty good in Frozen Hollow :)

I try this shield with 3L : HoP + mpd or brutality + minion dmg.
This shield have +2 socketed gem (on all gems).
Imagine if you have a corrupted shield with +2 aura :)
HoP 21 = 100% more dmg + 40% more life
HoP 25 = 120% more dmg + 48% more life
And if you have yours support gems 21/20 => go to 23/20 (more dmg)
It's less damage than ruthless/maim but reserve no mana :)

I tried Uber again. My current setup is adjusted for this encounter.

Still, haven't killed him but this is simply because of my poor gameplay.
Sentinels have a shitton of hp (~60K) thanks to Ofnir's idea with +4shield and I can finally kill Madness Propagators.

I have introduced this amulet to the setup:



It allows running purity which in my opinion is important for this fight.

Additionally:


for dmg mitigation and some additional resistances.

Spectres still die, but Animated Guardian seems to be fine (~30K HP).

You don't need +2 to aura, you can use +2 to duration corruption like in my case.

Get a corruption of +2 to duration gems or +1 to level socketed gems. Use Empower level 4 over melee physical damage. Never use brutality on this build.

I use Emp3, I dont have Empower 4 (and I dont want buy it ^^)
Very few offers with good corruption (11 shields on delve - offline)

Good corruption? What do you mean by that? I see at last 3 in the range of 40c-60c. Of course you have to master craft them with Vorici lv8 but thats normal thing.

I killed uber elder on my first try, but I did so poorly I refuse to post it. Enhanced Vaal Fallen are really good for that fight

Gz :) I feel you with posting uber elder tries :) but you made it you shouldnt worry about small corpserun :)

I think the guy who killed uber with dom blow on witch also used EVF Spectres. I think it was posted here some time ago.

Just wanted to say thank you for this thread... Been playing Dom Blow for a while, but with a different set-up, and red elder was feeling sluggish. So i respecd according to your build (skill tree + part of the gear) and my guardian seems much better prepared for end game now. Just finished leveling to 92, tomorrow I'll try the red elder again. Thx man!
