Honestly looks really good. Build flat damage and penetration and just run through mobs getting obliterated. Get an inpulsa and the clear speed is unreal. Raider or Inquisitor would be my choice for it. Last bumped on Aug 31, 2018, 1:49:00 PM

" Charged Dash is faster. The good thing about Static Strike is that it should work with cast on critical strike. Meaning you can run through the mobs with cyclone cast on crit while also proc'ing cast on crit from the static strike beams for double cast on crit. |

" This is video from campaign and guy probably used 20/20 gem and at least very good gear. With such equipment I can achieve such clearspeed with almost anything. Besides, he is “streamer”, kind of GGG’s marketing employee, with early access to every content and high class gear from the beginning of each league (streamers RNG). After patch will be released I will put static strike to one of my very “static strike viable” characters with GG equipment and then I will see, whether it is good for endgame and – most important, bosskilling. Because based on presended video I can tell only one thing - wild strike still better :) |

well he says it was all SSF gear type of thing.
hyaon's/inpulsa's static strike could be insane clear speed for this league. super fast and probably quite powerful |

Looks like a great utility attack over a main damage dealer, great way to proc added things like claw lifegain, curse on hit, etc.
