Sounds too plain.
Probably it's upgradable to: Mark Of Doedre -------------- Socketed curse on hit Has 6 sockets +10000 level of socketed curse gems Enemies can have +10000 more curses Fireworks MTX on kill By killing Uber Elder while in a level 1000000 Delve, and having Atziri's mirror prophecy.

Advantages from the automatic cursing:
One socket more (in case you used COH or Blasphemy). 35% More available mana for offensive/defensive auras (replaces Blasphemy). Disadvantages: No stats It has to drop in the first place (not a thing in trade league tho). Only on hit cursing and not constant like Blasphemy (could be risky if you get suddenly+surprisingly overwhelmed by mobs or boss skills) Can see it in some summoner builds for auto debuffing but beyond that it looks like an one alc item or Loreweave food. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. I don't see any reason to use that ring for leveling as you lose a lot of ehp/dps and/or resistances. Makes more sense to just apply the curse manually.
As for late game there are rare rings that have curse on hit already. Another 1/60 ring. | |

Early version of a warlords ring before you get a well rolled elder one, It isn't the most exciting item ever but I really don't think its that bad either.
Is it endgame? Nope not even close, but it'll fill a gap in your build if you really need charge generation, leech etc. |
